I would be concerned if I was flying in Thursday or possibly Friday. The conditions might cause them to cancel incoming flights (at least on Thursday). Most of the computer models have the storm skirting up the east coast with no direct hit in south Florida. If the center stays reasonably far off shore, the outer bands will probably still hit us. However, we're talking about tropical storm force winds versus category 3 or 4 winds closer to the center. For anybody who's not from the area and hasn't dealt with storms, tropical storm force winds are around 45 mph and are nothing to be concerned about. There may be an occasional broken tree limb or power line but nothing of significance. Now, if the center part of the storm were to make landfall (none of the major models predicts this) then, you should be worried. You'd be looking at 100+ mph winds and probably some serious damage. In which case, the game would almost certainly be cancelled.
