Didn't know that and definitely didn't mean to imply he was just sitting on that nest egg. The reality is whatever money he got would have dried up LONG ago if he didn't invest and save in a smart manner. Glad to hear he was smart with it, especially at such a young age.

Nah most of us didn’t want to ignore the fundamentals. We just hated the soft zone stuff that Golden and Dorito ran and the stupid weight they made their linemen and LBers gain that made them slow.

Except Golden was willing to sacrifice speed for Big 10 gap stuffers. Could this be the best of both worlds?

Think about it. He saw what Pittsburgh did last year and they lost to a g5 team. He knows we can be better than that.

If he keeps the team focused, and we stay healthy, this is a three game season. Tamu, UNC, Clemson. Clemson is vulnerable and UNC is due for some payback. Tamu got to show and prove.

11-1 is not impossible. Win the ACC and we are in the playoffs.

Mario won’t let this opportunity to take full control of the conference and recruiting get away without pulling out all the stops to make us the best we can be.

what is he going to say? CIS is right, they are JAGs? No, quite the opposite. He's going to through sunshine on them and pump them up. that is what good coaches do, rather than thrown them under the bus
