Sounds like some guys are hoping for losses so they can beat their chests about losses. It’s not about that. It’s about being a decent fan that wants wins for the players that make a commitment to the school/team you’re supposedly a fan of.

Only guys that wear pink polo shirts with tan chinos, neck beards, and sockless docksiders root for losses.

He hired Manny Srs son. You think Manny Sr who has been controlling the BOT wants a new AD in here? If they win out the BoT will do what they do best. Nothing.

I just want Manny fired and for the young kids to do well, JW TVD LT and Stevenson are ballers, and JK. We are teh type of admin that would give him another year and he doesnt deserve it

Ok regardless. The BoT has let this program sink down here I am not going to blindly expect them to do a thing especially if we finish 9-4.

They want the kids who signed with UNC and FSU to beat the kids who signed with Miami because that’s how game wins and losses are ultimately determined- and our kids are giving it their best despite their CoRch.

I've never said I was. But I'm smart enough to know that Snake James doesn't care at all about losses, but there are members of the BOT who do. And some of those people don't care at all who Manny's related to.

The pressure is all on James now. Manny is a bit player in this chapter.

When you graduate high school I’ll revisit the topic of influence in business, sports, and politics with you. Otherwise, try to learn about the players (not football players) before you posit another middle school theory.

I hope so. And I cannot watch these games and root against Miami even if I tried. But I completely understand why people do. They believe it increases the chance of change. Why did these BoT members that care now allow Blake to hire Manny in the first place?

Even though Manny Sr is not on the board anymore, I'm sure there are people who are sympathetic towards him. I seriously doubt that's to the point that they'll accept failure and public embarrassment.
