Someone Who Knows Things

Then Dawson must have done a spectacular job coaching him, because Cam’s stats skyrocketed, he went from an average offense to the best in America, and he went from Day 3 to #1 overall.

The truth is it was more about the team around him than any individual improvement by Cam. He was already good and actually had excellent receivers at Wazzu. Kyle Williams was more talented than anyone we had and Josh Kelly was a really good college player.

But the difference here was the OL and the physicality of the run game. Cam Ward + Air Raid + Tuff and FyZiCal = elite offense.
Say it again for the cheap seats.

The NFL just told yall what they thought about our Offense;

Cam & Arroyo = Good

The rest = meh
We’ll have to see if those players end up playing wayyy over their pick value. I believe they all will.

I, too, am still not convinced on Dawson. I think it was pretty obvious Cam changed many plays. At various points throughout the season , and even recently through Anez Cooper, the guys mentioned how Cam changed plays he didn't like.

We'll see how Beck does. It's been said he has a high football IQ. Not sure he had all that much freedom at UGA to make changes; Cam set the precedent.
You hit on something here that most don't realize.

Cam changing the plays alot.

We saw this same offense with TVD and Emory and whoever else playing QB.

If healthy, will Beck have the IQ or confidence to do that too?

It was the #1 offense in the country and the argument is all the complimentary parts elevated Cam…

Emory, second year in the program, couldn’t do a **** thing…
And your last statement speaks more volumes to Emory as opposed to Dawson

You’ve got a lot of posts talking about how Emory doesn’t deserve a scholarship here and should be gone

Which is fine

But you cant go and make posts like this if you do
It’s Dawson’s job to coach him Emory up to the point where he can at least throw a forward pass
