How many people predicted less than 2 wins?
Our record is realistic to where we're at as a team. Sucks to get blown out . I understand that. But Perception will creep in after the emotions wear off...
 
I’m trying to talk this out logically knowing that Manny isn’t likely going anywhere unless we **** the bed next season at the earliest.

I truly don’t think Manny is the type of coach to bring us to the promised land without major help. He needs to realize that he is not the X’s and O’s Guy that he thinks he is. If he can embrace the Ed O model and allow coordinators to carry him and just be the face he’ll be set. His pride is going to take him the way of Golden if he doesn’t realize it ASAP. Fire his buddy and get a real DC in AND allow him to implement HIS scheme and he could have something. Manny can recruit for sure and players seem to like him. Just be the face and let your coordinators handle the heavy lifting.

What does that even mean? Isn't the question whether we are on the right track or the wrong one? Rubbin tussin into your blown out o ring may make the sting go down, but it sure don't change the fact that you're no longer a man.

Manny was good at stomping bad teams with his defense, and got worked by good ones. Just like Baker. It’s the exact same scenario literally as every other season he’s been here.

Manny's not the type of coach to bring us to the promised land without major help? Sorry mane, but that's delusional. Put a period after 'promised land.' Let's go further. Manny's not a head coach. He's not going to get us anywhere near the promised land. Not going to win the coastal. Not going to win the ACC. Not going to make the playoffs. He's not up to the job, and you could, to borrow @franchise's phrasing here, hire Andy Reid and Buddy Ryan to coordinate, won't matter. Manny's not a credible or capable leader, and the players know, and the staff knows.

There's no realization coming to Manny. He looks in the mirror and sees a 17 year old John Travolta. Mack Brown looks at him and sees a 18 year old Stephanie Seymour ... then pops a viagra.

And heck no to that delegation theory. Manny's issue isn't lack of delegation. It's lack of capabilities. Delegating can help if you know how to manage and know the job and are just getting others t o do it. When you're not a leader and don't know wtf you're doing, delegation just embed your incompetence deeper into the organization.

I think he would be a very good defensive coordinator at UM. He falls into the category of “not head coaching material but very good coordinator.” Whereas Manny falls into the category of “ fraud coach at any level.”

No fog in my eyes brother. I completely agree with you on Manny. Didn’t love the hire and don’t think he’s anywhere near a UM level HC. With that said, we’re likely stuck with him for at least another year or two so I’m trying to talk myself into ways he can make us compete lol. If that’s the case he needs to do what Ed O did with LSU and basically lean on his coodinators to do everything and let himself be the mouth piece afterwards.
Manny has shown me NOTHING to prove he is HC material. Terrible after byes, team constantly out position, dumb undisciplined penalties happen frequently and there are no repercussions and players aren’t held accountable. He’s already been the HC for 3-4 of UMs most embarrassing losses in program history in just under two years on the job.

Don’t have the caliber of players??

Bruh; we have one 5 star DE where some were saying he may be a top 5 pick in this upcoming draft.

Opposite of him is another DE, who although being a 3 star, is projected to go 2nd round

In the middle, we have a high 4 star DT that was #2 DT coming out of high school manning the middle. We have four, 4 stars manning our 2ndary.

We have 2 four star WRs, The #1 & #8 ranked TEs coming out (4 stars). We have a QB who was on the Davey O’Brien watchlist, The #7 RB out of HS during his class (4 star), the #11 & #10 RBs out of HS during their class (4 stars).

We don’t have Bama, UGA, Clemson, A&M, or OSU talent, but I’ll be damned for u or anyone else to use the talent excuse when we just got SMOKED by two 3 star RBs & a LB that was a QB!!!

FOH w/ that narrative. Our problem is not talent, it is CULTURE.
 
I don't think Manny has slurpers 😂😂😂 guy's been walking around campus all sadlike with a limp dry dik. Not even his wife gets on her knees anymore for Manny and his lithpy bs
