Any word on that shoulder ailment he had during the season? I'd assume if we haven't heard anything by now, it's all good news.

If he's got 455 behind his neck we can be pretty sure his shoulder either healed naturally or he got it cleaned up as soon as the season ended.

True, but that's what I was wondering: whether he had it cleaned up. Dude is incredibly important to what we do and I think he'll take a leap when he gets a little more comfortable in pass coverage.
 
It's 25 kilos which are 45lb plates

My fault. So it's 595 that he squatted it seems.

As you can see in the video the plates are different.

(4) 45's on each side with the 25lb plate on the end.

As someone mentioned above they make bumper plates the exact same size as 45's. If you ever watch crossfit exercises you'll notice they even make 10lb plates that size.
