Romberg Gets It

First of all, no it isn't.

Second, USC is better than MTSU. So is Ohio State. So was #8 Wisconsin. And he somehow managed to beat them.

He also managed to lose to a 5-7 Arizona team, an 8-5 Arizona State team, a 2-5 Oregon State team, a 1-3 Cal team, a 3-9 Stanford team. Dude ALWAYS loses he games he has no business losing.

He was also 7-7 against ranked opponents while at Oregon. So again, what's your point?

Lol at the Pac 12 not being worse then the ACC.

So now we're eliminating every coach who lost to a team he shouldn't have lost to? You sure you want to go down that path?

Running back to your room to post meh HL’s might be the most pathetic thing I’ve seen. Most of these cats are individuals that could care less about a loss or disrespect by the other team.
But wait a minute!

I was told that these players weren’t losers and it’s all Mario’s fault!

It’s everyone’s fault. There’s bad coaching and putting guys in bad spots on both sides of the ball. There’s also quitters and soft kids who need to move on after the season. That said there needs to be some coaches leaving with them. It’s a big mess.

Why are guys still on the field? Because it's not Geico. We're stuck with the players we have. We can't just get new personnel.
So we basically have 22 guys, plus our kickers, got it. Keep making excuses, some call it clouds, noise, even pillars, but that is why we are here. How many Rooster fumbles until he does not see the field again? How many dumb penalties and the player is still in do we need to see? We have a player demanding where he plays, not what is best for the team, yet it is allowed, not do what you are told, or go kick rocks. But then we complain about the culture of the team. Nope, none of that is on coaching, right? Guess you think year after year of poor play in baseball is on the players as well, right? They are soft, the generation, we do not have the right guys. Gino is the guy, the players are the issue, just look when Morris was here, same issues. Yep, clouds and noise.

Mario is quickly becoming the top salesman at Al Golden Motors. He needs to figure it out and soon. No 12 win coach as you cling to should be losing to a team we blew out the past two years with a 1st year coach, and MTSU. This is a failure of epic proportions, and he needs to make changes immediately.

Yes, I do with Mario. Learn how to separate Mario, who the discussion is about, versus other coaches.

When you lose to teams you should NEVER lose to every single year, that's called a trend. And Mario did it every single year while at Oregon. That is substantial proof that his teams, even with superior talent, and with rosters he built are still losing to teams he shouldn't lose to. Which directly points to his and his staffs failuers as coaches.

A rational post.

We don’t have the players and mentally they just don’t have that edge. Haven’t had speed, been able to catch, been able to block, been able to tackle, been able to cover for years (minus the few outliers of course). Remember that picture of our CB standing and watching a WR run down the field and score (Ivey?)? That epitomizes the group. The back of their jerseys.

Is it heart? Great movie.

With that it falls on coaching as well. CMC will have to find the players AND bring in some quality coaches. Falls on him. He is going nowhere so we just have to hope…

No one "forgot" how to do anything, including the 12-win head coach. Like the rest of this board, you think that we're working with robots. Just call the right plays and we will win. It is very possible, even likely, that the older players have said &^%$ all of this. And that is fine. They're a 7-5 roster.
We’re not going 7-5 this year.

Okay, so who are to coaches who don't fit that description......Saban, Smart, Swinney.....is that it?

Did it ever cross your mind that last years duke team was checked out and didn’t care ????
Gotcha. We only have a chance to beat sorry *** Duke when they don’t care.

Never thought I’d see Miami fans make excuses for getting blown out by duke

It's why I continue to bang the drum that we have cancer within the football team. Mario hired the wrong coordinators, that's clear. But you don't lose a team this quickly without seeing that there's serious rot. There needs to be a purge within the program.

Lol. In the 4 years Mario was at Oregon, only 1 year did the Pac 12 finish with more than 1 team ranked at the end of the season. This is the conference you're saying is better than the ACC? Lol

You forgot a meme to go along with your lol.

In 2019, when Mario finished 12-2, the ACC had #3 Clemson and #24 Virginia.
