Lol a degree?? Are u serious with that bs?
Those that usually dismiss education are the uneducated.
Cochran received a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from LSU in 2001 and added a master’s degree in sports management from LSU in 2003. Thats just one. Typically people leading their field have an education in it.
Wait, you're getting all busted up over a degree program that literally anyone who signs up can get? I mean one that athletes have tended to flock to...You realize we are talking about Strength and Conditioning right? We aren't asking anyone to plan the UHealth budget, we're talking about getting guys to bust *** working out the right way.
And in your mind, after reading that article and realizing that the S&C coach more than any coach other than the HC is responsible for getting guys to bust their ***, does our team look like Swasey has done a job worthy of being retained for a FOURTH term???
First, I'm not saying your point is wrong, I would let go of Swasey just to change and move on. The argument you're using to justify is not that great though. For example, 30 mississippi state football players are degree seaking kinesiology majors lol. If by some miracle they graduate, are they more qualified than Swasey?
Who would you hire to train you? A trainer with 15 years experience, whom has glowing recommendations from nearly every client. Clients who are professional athletes. Some people who never ever even SEEN him train someone don't like him, but nearly every single person who, you know actually has witnesses training, love him. Or, a guy that just graduated from Mississippi State with a degree in Kinesiology? Sure, use it as a tie breaker if you please, but degrees are just paper (or bits of data). You can site all the Alabama, etc S&C coaches you want, but I don't think any of them are coming here are they?
