RBs tipping playcall

If they knew when to sellout on the pass it could explain some of TVD struggles. I'd be interested to see his stats when different RB are in the game.

I understood it for a little while. We weren’t executing and I get being stubborn with our strengths to a point

But after a while it’s like ok we need something else
All we had to do was pull it and throw the slant or a the Charleston Rambo stop route/backshoulder on the RPO a couple times and it would have changed. We did it to X and to Young and that was it.

I agree. Don't think it had anything to do with seeing it or not knowing.. it was trying to be "fizucal bro" and "impose our will" bro

Same with the last play. They knew they could kneel it. They knew Chaney had 100 yards. It was ego stroking and it was trying to score again because 27-17 looks better than 20-17

As someone mentioned in another thread, I think they just got arrogant. We were supposed to be gashing GT's run defense and I think they had that mentality and kept trying to establish it.

Thanks for letting them know.

That's an odd reply though. Because even if "it's a comfortability/timing thing and it's by design," that doesn't mean it isn't tipping them off.

I'd like to see if this was the case in any other games. Its definitely something they need to look at.
For serious what kind of bs explanation is that? It’s a comfortability thing? So were Teddy KGBs Oreos, he still needs to cut that **** out if true.

I’m watching a YT video of this tar heel dude talking sh about hurricanes leave NC. Blah blah blah. Bruh do I got to get on these dudes? It’s a 30 minute video and dude is 3 minutes into the intro of unc flashbacks of them beating us and talking hella sh man. Bruh they are confident and I don’t know why
you dont know why theyre confident? this is one of their best teams in years with an elite QB and theyre at home getting miami off a demoralizing loss. they've also never lost to us since mack brown has been the HC.

Yeah and I can’t say that I just hate it. TVD was killing us, weather was a bit tough, so it’s like ok cool let’s just lock it up and get a W

But to your point is that indicative of an overall problem or was that just an isolated incident that still should have worked?

I’ll never say to not use our athletes and be aggressive and whatnot but I somewhat see the direction they were going….for a while anyway

Yeah not saying it’s right or wrong from my POV but that’s just how it felt watching

Like they just said at some point ok TVD is off let’s just grind out a 10 point win and get the heck outta here

In the spirit of Teddy KGB, the fan base after watching that game;

Earlier in the season someone said they weren't happy with the way he wasn't hitting the hole the play was designed for and a few times it would have been a big play if he did. Running counter designed to hit A or B and he was bouncing it outside or cutting it back across the field. Don't know if that is what caused him to not play at all for 2 games then get like 2 carries Saturday or what but they didn't like it.
I think this staff has demonstrated they will shuffle this rotation. I do trust it to remain fluid but am hopeful Allen gets to a solid level of trust, even if it ain’t Parrish or Chaney level.

Parrish works hard, is what he is and I appreciate him.

Early on Don looked like he was trying to make too much happen, running into the *** of whichever lineman had gotten less push on one side of his designed gap. Looks much more comfortable now.

If this staff doesn’t look past that fumble that’s just dumb and working backwards, I expect he will be right in that rotation, even if snap count is down because we end up throwing more this week (thus more Parrish).

******* hate that program! Their fans come across as elitist douchebags who believe that their football program is a lot more accomplished than it actually is. And don't get me started on that wrinkly fiber deficient fossil Mack Brown.

Bruh their d is cheeks. The qb is legit I just think up front we should be able to win with our OL. Keep them off the field and make sure you get to DM. And can we get a few holding calls for our DL? They will hold LT and Hold Bain or tackle them. At least call it once so they stop doing it.
