Geo just stated on his X spaces chat that he's still very confident in Ward signing with Miami. Says they are putting the finishing touches on the NIL deal.

We all know these guys can be wrong and things can change in a heartbeat, but since we're all dying of thirst in the desert......there's a half full room temperature water bottle.

D$ said they're still negotiating, which could mean just ironing out final NIL stuff.

makes sense. its a big money deal and these aren't standard contracts so it probably takes some more back and forth than usual.
