Nah.....too much of everything that is irrelevant to Canes' football.

Blacks and canes football have a long history. Both national and in the city of Miami.

Don’t like/care about us don’t watch sports that blacks dominate. There’s golf tennis hockey baseball and other things besides football and basketball that may peak your interests.

The players that bleed for this team care about issues pertaining to blacks and canes fans disrespecting them in threads like this or being dismissive of their struggles the two go hand in hand really.

We get called racist, when the very white supremacy that those that say is oppressing them, should have kept us down too.

You know why "white supremacy" didn't keep y'all down, because y'all are white.

And miss me with that bull$h!t story about what your black colleagues told you...if that's what you meant when you said all black people don't have work ethic, then you would've said that in the first place. So don't throw stones and hide ya' hands now.

And BTW, if Cubans had such non-victim mentalities, then WTF didn't y'all stay in Cuba and fight Castro?

I hate Trump

I hate Luke

I LOVE the []_[]

This is a dumb thread!

Anyone playing or attempting to play politics with our beloved program is a jackass, and def not a true Cane.

Politics and race discussions are sorely needed in this country.... but our program, our escape from all that is wrong with our true realities should NEVER be taken hostage to make some extreme case/point.

PLEASE.

I get that, at least most of your points....but you're arguments would be better served by not supporting a known racist such as Uncle Puke who has already proceeded to call the new UM HC a racist when he hasn't even completed his staff.
But that's Uncle Puke for ya, the same slimeball who threatened our coaches over not starting Ryan Collins.

Luke is saying what other people particularly Black People will start to say if not one Black Coached is hired on this staff. I’m from South Florida been here my whole life it’s no secret Miami Cubans are racist towards Black People. It’s definitely History there, so cut the BS. I’ll wait and see what happens before I say anything.
So that makes you racist against Cubans! Your full of crap. Anyone that grew up in South Florida and played football or b-ball played on a integrated team. The leagues are integrated so stop with your anti-Cuban rap. Puke is a has been and always brings out the race card. Diaz, by the way, did not go to Belen or Columbus. And before you respond with crap I am a HML grad whose teammates were from CC Scott Park etc..

Don't give 2 ***** about race. Let the best player play and the best coach coach.

Uncle Puke is not a known racist and he hasn’t called MD a racist. 2 lies in one thread, impressive. Advocating for the collective betterment, representation and economic vitality of his community with a history such as ours is not being “racist”. He may do it in a rough or politically incorrect way. But y’all love/applaud y’all Alphas and made the White Luke President.

I got your point! I’m not the biggest Luke fan myself.

People get what someone is saying mixed up he’s saying that you can’t get all the black kids in the city without having people on staff who can relate with them. That’s Something I agree with. Without saying it the parents would begin to feel a way. It’s all about relationships.

Just because you dislike someone doesn’t mean that they can’t make legitimate points every now and then.

White people think we're brown. Black people think we're white, but both of them think we're Mexican.

I never said all. That's what you want to read. I was referring to the kids that I taught and others with the victim mindset. I would never said everyone because of my co-workers and other black people that I've worked with through the years.

Most poor people whether white, black, hispanic, etc have a victim mindset. That statement I will own 100%, but no way did I say, or will I say the all black people have a victim mindset. It makes no sense. I've had too many business and personal relationships with black people to believe that.

And BTW, if Cubans had such non-victim mentalities, then WTF didn't y'all stay in Cuba and fight Castro?
You think that generation didn't fight back? You know the most obvious one. Bay of Pigs. You'll be hard pressed to find one Cuban male from that generation that didn't spend time in jail. My neighbor growing up is alive because the gun they pointed at his head jammed. Cuba is a third world country with a large poor class. It was easy to convince the masses. The ones that came here didn't believe Castro's bull****, but he turned the masses loose on those that opposed him. There's a line between bravery and being suicidal. You have to know sometimes when you have to retreat.

What was anti Cuban in that post? Reading comprehension can’t be a strong suit

You can tell who from Miami and who not, alot of people dont know the history of Miami, and the riots, when diaz pops was mayor siding with the crooked cops. People want to act like luke just popped up, that man like many of us in Miami knew and know how racist the UM administration was, and if people were smart, they'd realize when the downfall of the football program began, when the female version of tad foote took over in troll shalala. They didnt give shannon the necessary support but opened the doors to some penn disgrace outsiders, and shannon outcoached and out recruited those morons. Than after coach shannons best year, they start slow draggin that man on a raise, they never wanted coach shannon to succeed, they only wanted him for obvious reasons.

Alot of people on here keep crying about alot of the top players leaving South Florida, if they had a clue they'd know, you'd be way better off having luke as an ally. Alot of people are real clueless on who luke is and how Miami even started winning national championships, if people want to believe it was just schnelly, no, schnelly was smart enuff to listen and saw the light, he didnt just barge his way into Liberty City, that **** had to get escorted in, and how do alot of yall think that happened. Keep thinking luke is irrelevant if yall want too, Bama and UGA will keep racking up. Coach richt said to **** with all the recruiting politics, now we'll see how coach diaz deals with alumni as well, cause he cant avoid Dade County! He wont be held accountable for the sins of his father but coach rumph better be on staff!
Dude, you must not be from MIAMI. Manny Diaz Senior was the Mayor from 2000-2008 or so. Way after any riots occurred. Stop with the reverse racist bs!

Last staff had 3 black coaches with two of them being touted as ace recruiters...worked out great right?[/QUOTE]

Not great but good & let’s be real we know why we sh** the bed last year Mark Richt
Not the black coaches....

Last I checked the Wr room has talent ✔️
Last I checked the Rb room has talent ✔️
Last I checked the DB room is ok....

I know we talked in this before but you got three blacks in this thread who don’t know each other feeling a way about your statement. That should tell you enough or cause you to rethink that position.
