It's almost impossible to work the portal without "tampering." It's one the many reasons I expect to see major reforms to the whole portal structure by later this year.

I don’t necessarily think that’s the case. Anybody with the brain knows that Miami searching for a QB and any good quarterback can be communicating with an agent proactively and then you can see if there’s a mutual interest.
