it needs a complete overhaul if we're being honest. Its a complete and utter sh*tshow in its current format.

I actually was going to post a couple nights ago that I wouldn’t be surprised if Mario tried to take Mensah from Diaz . I didn’t post it because I figured people would say I’m dumb and his contract is ironclad. But my theory was based on 2 things:
1. Miami wasn’t going to go into 2026 with Williams or Nickel as the starter
2. Mario would target a top QB on a team with a coach he has zero respect for.

Literally only one coach in cfb that fit the description in point #2.

Yeah it’s not tampering as written becasue there are so many ways to get around the tampering rules. Just make it known publicly how much money we are willing to pay (thank you Ty Simpson) and let the agents contact you.

And every coach and every university should do the exact same thing if they want to win. Do everything possible within the rules. Everything

I don’t think UM cares about the NIL right at all. And it does not impact his ability to play for Miami.
Remember, nothing can be done via a contract to enforce specific performance (meaning making someone play), so what schools are doing is putting monetary penalties in the contracts. This makes sense as a form of protection.

But no amount of money can ever be an absolute bar. It is just a detriment and a bigger or lesser detriment depending on how much a school is willing to pay.

So if we win the title, Beck is better than Cam? Sorry, I can’t get behind that. I judge quarterbacks by how they play, not how good their teammates are.
