I like the flagami/bus depot/AD Barnes park area.

It’s next to Coral Gables….flagami has become useless and the bus depot can easily be moved. The AD Barnes park area is interesting.

Tropical Park is the only semi-realistic option. A lot of these other selections sound like they’re coming from people who not only don’t live here but have never even been here. If there isn’t reasonable traffic flow in and out and plenty of parking the stadium will be about as full as Marlins park gets. People in south Florida don’t take public transportation. Even if they did, there’s nothing capable of handling game day crowds.

public transportation blows in SFL and yes its very car dependent as is most of Florida. far more people live outside the true city limits of miami
