Patrick Joyner=Portal

Wiggins
Pope
Burns (I don't think he's awful but would rather see the roster spot go to CB/LB)
Ragone
McCloud
Jennings
Ivey
Ivey but again
Carter (depending on if he wants to leave)
Martell
Miller
Anyone who fielded a punt all season
Or couldn’t field a punt

So we traded Joyner for Johnson, was that an upgrade? Don't know, seriously would like to know.

Classic tweener. Coaches kept moving him between LB and DE. Good kid. I hope he goes to a school that stands him up and allows him to rush off the edge.

Makes you wonder how the coaches are going to use Thomas Davis the recruit out of Georgia. Almost identical build and playing style to Joyner.

Blisset is another guy I wouldn't be surprised to see enter the portal. He's been bounced around from DT to DE back to DT.

Just speculation, but I worry about him and that LB from Jersey now that Chimpiano is at Rutgers..he has some good recruiters on staff.

Only spot Pope need to move to is another team

LOL. That's cold man. Pope and Wiggins have limitations, flaws. But that is on the coaching evaluation during their recruitment and not the player. I blame Duggans for this issue with the WRs. Plus Duggans and Stubblefield did little to develop these kids.

Likens spent this season trying to rebuild their confidence but it didn't work. They are so inconsistent. Hopefully we don't make the same mistake with the young WRs.

They suck. Not every five or four star develops as expected. Heck half of the first round picks end up being busts even with millions invested in scouting and evaluations.

What’s unacceptable is continuing to play them in games when they continuously fail to do the most fundamental part of their job. Catch. The. Ball.

That’s on the coaches. It’s clearly politics for some reason in order to not **** off the network so you have an in for the next five star.

He played like 8 different positions and was like 215 when he enrolled.

He was the very definition of a tweener.

but he was 6,6 which means there is something to work with. You can’t compare the two athletically or body wise. Come on now. It was a miss by the staff.

Good luck to him

He was another bad LB evaluation by Manny

He was a tweener in HS and seemed to not have the speed to play LB here and didn’t grow into a DE size

Yeah it’s time to move on from Pope and Wiggins neither one can catch I’d rather roll with the young guys at WR
