FYI, if you're like myself and didn't know, Incarnate Word is in San Antonio, Texas.

I just arrived in Austin yesterday - I will make the ~hour drive over to thank them!

In all seriousness though, he probably has a good future ahead, but miami should not be a proving ground for coaches.
