Other Coaching Moves

Phins fans, looks like you guys are getting a new assistant.

He was a WR’s coach at James Madison, then was an assistant QB’s coach at Rutgers, then was a QC Coach at Texas & got promoted to full time QB’s coach at Texas on Herman’s staff in 2019, then spent last year as New Mexico’s OC.

Really good hire by Boise State, Plough is an OC that I’ve mentioned before on the board when we were searching for OC’s.

Very smart X’s & O’s guy, his passing Offense at UC Davis was highly innovative.

UC Davis OL Coach follows Tim Plough over to Boise State on Andy Avalos’s staff.

Am I reading this right? Dan Lanning went from:

2015 - Graduate Assistant - Alabama - $45,000

2016 - ILB/RC - Memphis - $400,000

2017 - OLB Coach - GA - $325,000

2018 - OLB Coach - UGA - $325,000

2019 - DC/OLB - UGA - $750,000

2020 - DC/OLB- UGA - $1,250,000

Signed,

Peruche

No way Memphis paid him 400k to be ILB Coach, rest is probably legit.

Coach Joseph was named 5A Coach Of The Year in his district & is a highly respected innovative X’s & O’s guy, happy to see him get an opportunity on the next level.

Good God this is just ridiculous. How in the world do you know who these up and coming high school coaches are in various parts of the country - off the top of your head?

Somebody put him on a live Q&A thread and ask him about Fitzroy Billy Bob Rubinstein in Beaumont. The 🐐 will be telling you where Coach Fitz met some guy that roomed with a guy in college who once played fetch with Tom Herman’s cousin’s dog on a random trip to the park and then made the introduction and he worked his way up the East Texas coaching ranks but he’s more in the mold of Louisiana high school football than traditional Texas ball.

And he’s half Jamaican ****** and has a half Samoan step brother on staff at Utah State with Banda.
