OT: Rose Bowl / Sugar Bowl

[cameron97]

Does Fields not have broken ribs after that?

[mrspence31]

I’m sorry.. but great tackle. Sick of this soft **** bruh..

Game has turned soft sad times might as well just play flag football these days lol **** ridiculous

[Us Against The World]

Targeting is the most puzzy rule in ALL of sports

[TrueFloridian]

That’s a BS targeting call. Great tackle. If he didn’t dip his head he’d have hit his helmet for sure.

[RemainMack is back]

According to the rules, yes, but in reality, that is a textbook football tackle.

Im going by the rules

Does Fields not have broken ribs after that?

Next time he gets hit we’ll know for sure.

Looked like it hurt him just to throw that TD pass.

[TheEye]

Does Fields not have broken ribs after that?

He is holding his back in pain.

Hard to run deep crossers with Miami’s O Line vs Clemson’s front.

Hard to run deep crossers when your WRs are lined up on the moon. Or Lashlee's favorite alignment with 2 WRs bunched together to the boundary. OSU has better spacing and mixes up WR alignments.

Apparently starting the season a month and a half late helps your players.

Nah, having WRs that can get separation seems to be a huge help.

Yup, sslow it down and it's targeting, but in real speed, good tackle

[Poptimus]

That was a TD, but clearly Fields isn't right. I'd be shocked if he didn't break a rib. Or four.

[TexasCane90]

Does Fields not have broken ribs after that?

Think he might... though he was grabbing for the area lower than that

hope it’s not an organ or something that busted

[skyman]

You cant hit with crown of head, that has been a point of emphasis.. Skalski is lucky he will be able to touch his piece tonight..

Yup. Why not call targeting on RBs when they drop their helmet to run over DBs?

[pacusmc]

Does Fields not have broken ribs after that?

He absolutely does

[arwinga]

Clemson is in trouble

[cameron97]

He is holding his back in pain.

Looked like the side to me but you may be right

It is what it is. Cfb is all Offense. Which is why WRs are as important as QBs now.

[TemplarCane]

Is this not as bad, or worse than Richt/Cam Newton?

Worse. Smart had Fields on the roster. Just couldn’t find a way to have Fromm and Fields co-exist. Admittedly a difficult task.
