Should be similar to a “unsportsmanlike conduct” penalty.... you get one and the 15 yards auto 1st.... but a 2nd is the same yardage but ejection included

The intent is good but it has become very difficult for defensive players to do anything. It's high arm tackles now, which lead to missed tackles, or diving at legs, which can lead to injuries there as well.
