Bama QB Mac Jones recently received his Master’s degree in ‘Sports Hospitality’.

No clue, but I'm guessing it's about as useful as our football major, liberal arts. We've got the most liberal artistic team in the land.

Biggest difference I notice between these teams and Miami is 1.) No penalties 2.) No missed tackles and 3.) No blown assignments and 4.) No bad drops.

All of that comes down to coaching and recruiting players who take coaching.

Did the Bama player who intercepted a pass earlier actually do a throat slash? It sure looked like it. Can you imagine if this was a Canes game the announcers would have been all over it and the refs would have **** near tossed the player out of the game .

*******Please!!! I've been there. Walked around. Nothing special. Just big.

I asked you what's "state of the art" about it as you referred, but you couldn't provide an answer.
I have been there too. It’s a beautiful venue. If I have to explain why it’s a state of the art then you’ll never understand. You’re just a hater.

Trade down if we get #3. Smith is my WR1 but Chase will still be WR1 on draft boards imo. He’ll be available around 10. One of these QB needy teams will fall in love with one and will pay a fortune to move up.
His stock is skyrocketing and I think he's going earlier than most expect. Mel Kiper came out tonight and said Smith is now #4 overall on his board. The Eagles will likely draft a WR so it's risky to drop back too far. I wouldn't trade down past Philly.

I told all my family ...id trade down and get more picks.

We can land a nice wr late 1st or 2nd. If its top 3....might have alot of takers....and our needs dont warrant that high a draft pick. We need a rb/wr/ or get spoady with an edge/linebackker type

I was more interested that he got his degree in "2.5 years" with a 4.0 GPA. Like, are we really gonna pretend this star football player loaded up 30 hours / semester and didn't have all the help in the world? He probably had tutors writing papers for him.

Amazing how they’re down 24 with less than 10 minutes and there’s zero urgency from their O.

Re Smith: if the Dolphins brass think the kid a slam dunk sure thing all pro then no, stop trading down. Get the weapon that moves the scoreboard and call it a day. Doing the opposite leaves you with John Beck, Chad Henne etc.

But he really wasn’t a “star”, unless you mean 3-star. And, if an athlete is smart (in terms of his college football career) that’s exactly what he should do: try to graduate in the least amount of time so they can grad-transfer if the opportunity is needed.

Biggest difference is Bama is a much better team than us at every level.

I don't disagree and I'm not ripping on him I just truly don't understand the logistics of graduating in 2.5 years when you play football full-time. I mean that's an average of 20 hours a semester. Guys who play sports during college barely have time to do anything. My buddy played WR at Duke and he showed me his schedule and his entire day was planned even on a 12-hour schedule. I mean maybe they just crush it during summer.
