I'm not arguing against having her do that. The signs were there. I'm saying it didn't make sense as to why she did it at that point in time. If she had come out burning everything at the start ok, I can see that. But having her only kill soldiers and then after she's won just snap for no reason was lazy. If they would have waited and had Euron kill the second dragon during that battle, it would have made more sense or even just having her burning everything and everyone from the beginning the battle. How do they explain her being in control the entire time up until when she's won the battle and the bells are ringing?

Dany going crazy has been hinted at so many times, the execution is just terrible and lazy
But thats what you get with a 6 episode season
