Orlando

we are so over confident on the trail for no reason what so ever. Just a bad look for Cooney to tweet about how much he’s locking down Orlando and then missing on all prospects we are after. Just brutal
Just another off-season in the Gables.

It's easy to criticize in hindsight. Maybe the staff had gotten every indication the results with the kids from Orlando would be something different? It sure seems like that's the case with at least one of them- and no one knows what happened there. There seems to be differing information as to whether he was a silent or not.

As for Tolan, Ivins said again yesterday that while he would have absolutely put his cb in for Tolan to LSU prior to his Miami LSU, he thought the staff did a great job with him on the OV. Likely the staff felt the same way.

Orlando hasn’t been a hot spot for the Canes in the 21st Century. The only big names I can remember are Trent Harris, Ryan Moore and John Campbell. Brandon Meriweather if you count Apopka. Not much overall.

But with South Florida down, it seems that Coach Ish and TRob are really pushing Central Florida. We are going hard after DeMario Tolan, JaCorey Thomas, Markeith Williams, Jayden Gibson, Zane Durant and Leyton Nelson.

Just something to watch as this recruiting cycle progresses.
As a long time Orlando resident I feel obliged to point out that when speaking of Orlando in general.. . Yes Apopka counts!!!!
