Oregon Extension on the Table for Mario

We all know why the rest the country thinks Miami will never return to its glory days. And most of that comes from the fact we’ve tried to get by on the cheap. Well here’s our chance put up or shut up…#ALLIN

I'm concerned with how much we will pay his staff if we pay 10 mil a year for him. I do not want another situation like we had with Richt. I loved Richt, but his staff was cheap.
Cheap?? Richt Jr. was cheap??? Thought he was free?? No??... .... :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I just need to know if I need to root FOR or AGAINST Oregon tonight. Or does that even matter in the grand scheme of his decision?

Disagree. Oregon has seen all the money being spent this week. They know miami is interested. They know his mom is sick. They know miami will offer big money based on this weeks deals.

They are throwing huge money at him to keep him.
Fair enough. I just think that if Mario comes back home, money is the least of the reasons.

We can get Kiffin for 50 to 60% of the price. Is Mario really worth this price tag?

No. We. Can't.

Kiffin is already at $4.5 million. He is NOT going to take half of the prevailing market price for non-championship winning coaches ($9.5 per year).

Find ANY specific numerical reference Kiffin has EVER made as to the below-market salary he would accept. I'll wait...

"Reasonable salary" means "market". It doesn't mean "half".

clemson is past their peak, FSU is still a dumpster fire, VT and UVA are breaking in new coaches

now is the time win the ACC

pony up the $$$ and bring mario and two elite coordinators home

I’ll take Miami corruption and back door handshakes for the win here. We look really stupid if we don’t backup the tough talk
