Please stop already. #1 all intentions are to keep beard on staff. #2 this sec bag man is not all that different from the acc bag man as all universities have one. The only thing unique to the sec as a whole is deeper pockets but that does have exceptions. To say that the staff (especially the key people)from the university of GEORGIA (you know the state right above floriduh)doesn't have recruiting connection's in south Florida is one of the stupidest statements I have ever heard... anyway it goes you people just refuse to stop *****ing. We really have a miserable fan base. People you were just liberated from AL golden & we got a great proven coach in return & now yall ***** cause he's respecting the people in place right now enough to let them finish what they started before he names his staff... Miami receivers have looked better this year....but UGa had a mess at the QB position, Miami has Brad Kaaya.....he will make your recievers look better

Lmao at still believing the myth that you need guys with sfl ties to recruit down here. FSU hasn't had a problem recruiting sfl after losing Gran and Cuban coffee. The old pasty dude from freaking Jersey with no sfl ties that recruits down here doesn't seem to have a problem pulling elite sfl kids from under Cuban coffees nose. Kids are drawn to winning anyone can recruit sfl if you are winning.

You don't need ties to an area to recruit when you lose 3 games in 3 years. No matter who is on the coaching staff...If we win, the kids will come...but respect from the high school coaches will go a long way for the kids that give no ***** about winning, and they just want to be the best at their position and get in the NFL. The reason why ties are important...is because some people would rather listen to someone who has been in the same or similar shoes over a random salesman.

Richt has no connection or obligation to keep anyone from Golden's staff! Kehoe is lucky because their relationship goes way back. These coaches know they would not be retained, it the nature of the job. This ain't worth getting ****ed about.
 
People are retarded, richt isn't taking anybody off of his staff at uga except for rocker and lilly if bmac wanna come then he will be the rb coach but I highly doubt it cause he might end up at usce... So stop with these bs rumors

If true, I don't mind Ice not being here, but I wanted Beard, Scott and Brown on the new staff. I trust Richt to put together a topnotch staff, this is the first real Head Coach we have had in a very long time at The U.

We had arguably the best 3 sofla recruiters on the roster the last few years (Lice, Beard and Coley) and we STILL whiffed on major sofla kids at huge positions of need. At the end of the day, it falls under the HBC and winning. If we ain't winning, we'll continue to struggle. Besides, there are countless guys out there that have great relationships with sofla schools that can recruit this area. Does every coach on this team have to be a sofla community relations expert? AFAIC, richt plus guys like brown Scott is more than fine.
