Notre Dame AD: ACC did “permanent damage”

I mean, not really. We dominated Pitt and Stanford more than you did. Watch the games. We played our subs the last 1.5 quarters, when you still had your ones in trying to pad the score. But it worked for you. We should have done the same. Not hating. It was probably smart of you.
This lie needs to die.

You know how many pass attempts your backup QB had against Pitt? ZERO.

You know how many carries your RBs not named Love or Price had against Pitt? ZERO.

You know which team Pat Narduzzi said he didn't care about beating? Notre Dame.

Against Stanford, with a 28-3 lead and 1 minute left before halftime, Notre Dame went no huddle just to score a TD.

This is EXACTLY why EVERYBODY calls Notre Dame entitled. You guys do this **** and it's "wE dO iT tHe RiGhT wAy". But somebody else does it and they're running up the score.

And just for the record, I agree with some of what you said. But you got screwed by Alabama and the SEC waaaay more than the ACC. But ND doesn't want that fight. They know the SEC isn't intimidated by ND AT ALL.

But the weakling ACC? Sure.

The delusion of some ND message board fans knows no bounds.

They're fully convinced the Irish could walk away from the ACC tomorrow and the B1G would gladly agree to see the same sweetheart deal Jim Phillips delivered.

"The ND brand is worth way more now than when the ACC deal was made"

There is zero chance — and Notre Dame's administrators know as much — that the B1G would bend over like the dummies in Greensboro did 11 years ago.
Lets test that theory. Tell Notre Dame to kick rocks.

Keep the faith, mi amigo. ESPN's lawyers ain't gonna lock us in the ACC jail and throw away the key

Canes getting the SEC/B1G promised land.

Sooner rather than later

From your keyboard to God's ears, brother.

So let me get this straight.

According to Notre Dame, the ACC should have kept their mouth shut while Notre Dame went on a media blitz on all of the NBC media/news outlets making their case for the CFP by trying to minimize their loss to Miami, thus giving the finger to both Miami and ESPN. A move that could have resulted in the ACC in getting no teams into the CFP, which meant the conference would have received no money whatsoever, while Notre Dame would have gotten 20 million dollars that they would have kept all to themselves, and not give a single dime to the ACC.

Gee, what a reasonable request by Notre Dame in telling everyone else to **** off, they'll do what they want at the benefit to no one else. I can certainly see why they've been totally wronged in this situation.

Notre Dame quickly forgets how the ACC bailed them out in the COVID year. They also took Miami’s chances at playing in the ACC championship game. Not that Miami would have made the 4 team bracket, or even beat a decent Clemson team in ACCCG that year, but still took away the chance for us to play in that game. I say F’em.
