This looks like a list of kids that weren't invited to the cool party over at Big Bro's house.
I listened to it today and they said that if 1 or 2 OL get hurt then it’s back to last year. If they lose to Bama, Miami, Clemson and UF then it’s a losing season for them, they have at least 7 easy wins on their schedule.y’all should listen to the Cover 3 summer series episode for FSU. It’s absolutely hilarious hearing how bleak things are for them.
And it’s even funnier when the guy hosting is Bud.

I’ll give that ******* credit, he called it last year too. When Baghdad Brenda Sonnine was talking about a CFP run along with their other pundits, Bud was the only one raising red flags about the roster and program. Said repeatedly not to be surprised if the team took a step back.Bud is under no illusions that FSU is any good and is out on Norvell being able and o right the ship
They also lost a ton of guys on defense so while I’m sure their offense will be marginally better (it quite literally can’t be worse) I’m also fairly certain their defense will be worse.I’ll give that ******* credit, he called it last year too. They’ve improved, marginally, at certain positions. But the bigfor me last year was how terrible the WR room was, and how underwhelming their RB was. Those same issues persist.
I’m just saying, on paper, they should have more talent than about 6-7 of their opponents. I know with Norvell they very easily could, but they have no business losing to UVA, Stanford, WF, east Texas AM, Kent State and maybe VT. UVA, Stanford and WF are the 3 worst teams in the ACC going into the season.Dummies if they think they have 7 easy wins.
Most of us don’t even think we have 3-4 easy wins on our schedule, let alone 7 easy wins.
Looking at their schedule, they have 2 easy wins…East Texas A&M and Kent State. They shouldn’t be looking at any of their ACC opponents as easy wins. I certainly don’t. They will probably win 2-3 out of Virginia, Pitt, Stanford, Wake, VT, NC State. They might win half of those games. I have 5 wins total as their ceiling for this season.
That’s just it, I don’t know if they are that much more talented than UVA, VT, and Stanford. I don’t think either of those 3 teams are talented at all. That’s how far FSU has fallen from a talent standpoint the past 2 years. I actually think last years FSU team had more talent than this years.I’m just saying, on paper, they should have more talent than about 6-7 of their opponents. I agree with you, it would not shock me one bit if FSU lost to almost any of their opponents this season. Stanford fired their coach about a month ago, UVA was decimated by the portal and Wake just hired a new coach, I would be surprised if those three teams won 6 games combined, is all I’m saying. Kent state was also the worst team in FBS last year, but would love if they gave FSU a scare. That’s the thing though, their schedule is so easy, that anything less than 7 wins should be seen as a failure. Even if FSU was able to pull of 8-4, but lost to Bama, Clemson, Miami and UF, I would call the season a failure because that means they only beat really bad teams. That’s just it, I don’t know if they are that much more talented than UVA, VT, and Stanford. I wouldn’t be surprised if UVA beats them. It’s FSU’s 1st road game and they might be looking down the road for next week against us. All the Tobacco Road teams, VT, and UVA always seem motivated to beat us and FSU. We don’t look at them as rivals (maybe VT and UNC now) but they get more enjoyment beating us and FSU than we do when we beat them. Stanford is hit or miss and that might be a tough game for them out in Palo Alto.
