I guess CJ Daniels is just a corpse then.

I just don’t think Trebor Pena is the savior for this offense, and I’m fine not spending money on him.

I think the criticism needs to be that they can’t wait on the Spring Portal to fix needs they knew would be there since the start of last season, and criticize them for not being able to back channel quality guys like Texas has.

I like Daniels, but his health and ability to play on this level is still a ?

As for Pena, I’ve made my thoughts known on him. If we didn’t get him, fine. But we need SOMEONE then, **** 2 minimum..and we are about to strike out. They obviously felt we needed WRs too or they wouldn’t have went after any.

I have nothing against Daniels at all but it always makes me raise my eyebrows a bit when a guy that’s been productive bounces from a school like LSU when he’s a senior like that

Mario had the #1 draft pick and couldn’t make the 13 team playoff. Is this hurting him?

We should have a bunch of money left over from only signing the #14 recruiting class because we decided to not spend big on the 4 or 5 kids that would have put us in the top 5-10 range and now that it looks like we're not getting much in the portal there is no excuse not to spend and sign a top 5 class in 26.

I get auburn (is he '23 auburn or '24 version) and bonner (more long term promise), but if Marion doesn't have people at least a little excited then you're just choosing to be miserable
