What is is, 90 pounds in two years? Did someone put a wedding ring on him?
Jelani Hamilton is training him personally.

Hard to evaluate weights without seeing what these kids look like. The one thing that stood out was Nelson well over 300. Wow.

With the pandemic, I sure hope these are good weight increases.
I agree... I know the weight I put on isn't good weight.... I mean it tasted good but ya know what I mean... Lol

What happened to all the screeching about our OL getting emaciated and looking like fashion models after a week of ice cube dinners?

-Don Chaney at 5’10 is already as heavy as Cameron Harris (210 pounds)
-Mike Harley, Nkosi perry and mark pope seem to be stuck in their skinny frames. Harley at 180 is ok given his small frame but pope at 6’1 being only 170 is strange to me. For comparison Jeremiah Peyton is the same height and is already up to 195.
- Blades, Ivey and Wiggins seem to be filling in nicely at around 195 pounds each.
- Sam brooks at 220 is good. Would have loved to see huff there too but he’ll get there with his frame sooner rather than later.
- every single one of our o linemen got heavier.. lashlee seems to have not been too fond of our ability to move linemen when he went back and watched the tape of last season.
- Marcus Clarke coming in at 190 is impressive. With his speed he might get on the field faster than expected if that weight is accurate and if the gain in weight was good weight.
- Restrepo is our second heaviest receiver at 197 pounds. No joke. Our only reciver over 200 is Redding at 202.
-Keyshawn Washington coming in at 190 is good. I know there was concerns about him being able to put on weight due to his shoulder injury. Good sign there.

Thanks for not using the thread that already existed on weight.

Get out of the mindset that WRs need to be heavy. They need to be light and fast and get open and catch the football.
and in harley and popes case be able to not trip over their own feet.

How fast is marcus clarke? some people tell me very fast, others say not as fast as people think.

Pope shouldn't be strange to you at that height and weight, his frame is rail thin. I know some people expect a lot from him, I just don't see it coming at this level. I think he has the potential to get it going, but he'll have to be one tough SOB to make it through the season. One big hit and he's likely to split in two.

Yes, I know this won't be popular, but hoping for the best here.

He’s a deep threat. He might put up better numbers with an easier offenses to digest but i agree. We have newer wrs who are talented

Mark Pope's weight is definitely concerning going into year 3.

Here is a list of the WR's that were drafted.

The average for 6.1 is 204 pounds. The lightest 6.1 receiver is 185 and ran a 4.35.

170 pounds is a problem for any receiver, let alone one that is 6.1.

Pope better hit that weight room if he hopes to have a nfl career. Real spits...i use to think Santana Moss was too little but he got in that weight room and put on about 15 solid pounds of muscle.

I dont think Pope is 6'1". He's built like DeSean Jackson but he isnt as explosive.
