Dawgs247 learned Monday that Matt Luke will step down after two seasons as the Bulldogs’ associate head coach/offensive line coach. The 45-year-old Luke is not expected to take another coaching position at this time, a source told Dawgs247.

Seems like its for family reasons. Hope the best for him and his family.

I think it's more than the grind for Kirby. Have heard from several that he's a prick and hard to work for in general. I don't know anyone that's worked for Mario so I can't say that for certain about him.

If guys are leaving because of the grind then so be it. You won't win anything of significance without that.
