Miami out for Michael Johnson JR?

So what is michael johnson jrs excuse in oregon or that girls ymca of a league he played in cali? People are hypocrites.

In the New England Boarding School league, if the game ends in a tie after four quarters, the teams have a PILLOW FIGHT to decide the winner.

(After that, both teams retire to the clubhouse for a glass of port or sherry!)

The saddest thing about all this, is that those are REAL pictures of Greenwich and Darien High's 2017 football teams. Tai's competition was WORSE than that.

Fast forward to 2019........... Tai takes a snap on Greentree and sees Jordan Miller and Silvera rushing at him.............. He is going to SOIL his pants. Miller's left bicep weighs more than Avon's entire team..........

Academically, that leauge is elite. In regard to football, they are the "armpit" of America!

Tai spent a year playing against the football equivalent of the 'Sisters of the Blind' or the 'Dunces of the Brook'. You cannot offer that a scholarship.

I’d rather him be in Orange and Green then Orange and Purple. It speaks volumes he isn’t scared of competition with his current commitment. The fact is the QBs on that roster are 5 stars and higher rated than ours.

It doesn’t speak volumes to me at all... most top programs in the country already have highly rated recruits on their roster at qb including Miami. Tai isn’t going to see the field at Clemson for another 3 to 4 years, he will be just another after thought well before then.

Michael Johnson didn't rest on his laurels and went out and competed in the offseason vs the best. Rivals 3 strip MVP and Elite 11 participant, meanwhile TAI was content with riding the slide at clemson.

Clemson's Coach Sweeny (sic) loses nothing by putting Tai on the roster. He is the 5th QB in the room........

Whoever advised Tai to play at Avon-Old-Farms did him a grave disservice. Place him against real competition and see how he truly performs. He is now the 5th option at Clemson. Clemson (and FSU) will push him out the door by year 3 if he cannot crack the third string.

Move the man to Miami and find a 6a team that does not have a QB. New Jersey is MUCH better competition than Connecticut, and Sitowski realized that he needed to compete at a higher level, so he went to IMG and ended up on the bench.

Sitowski would also light up the Deerfields and Exeters...

These are the schools that Tai played against last year.

Avon did not even play Greenwich High. They played the private Brunswick school in Greenwich, whose football team looks like a group of ballerinas preparing for a show at the Met on Lincoln Center.

Every school he played against is an elite Boarding school comprised of "Biffs" and "Chases" He blew them all out because the talent was vastly inferior.

He lost the Championship to Choate. Sorry, but this is an ABYSMAL manner in which to train a future P5 quarterback.

The class size at these schools is ~200 students. Exeter has a class size of 1,000.

Trinity-Pawling School
Win 42-13

Kent School
Win 41-20

Williston Northampton School
Win 40-7

Hotchkiss School
Win 55-14

Taft School

You are spot on. I got buddies that played at UConn who also coach high school football up there & that kid while talented is playing against no one. His school/league don’t even advance to the playoffs.

& none of them had even heard of him until I mentioned him.
So because he's in a **** league it means he's not good?
That just retarded.

Does that just mean QBs for schools that play top competition are the only ones that can be good?

This is such a stupid *** point.

Yep.

Some of Miami's very best players have come from small schools.

And others are from states who haven't produced a lot of players.

Evaluations are important.

Shannon took 8 from Northwestern and 3 from Booker T in his first class. And most under-performed.

It doesn't matter if the players are from big-time schools if they aren't developed properly.

Forston was the #1 DT in the country that year. He didn't do a lot here.

With a serious coach, he and others could've really produced.

We've got a few quality coaches on the staff now - with Dugans and Brown being at the head of the pack.

If they like a kid, I don't really care who they're playing.

So because he's in a **** league it means he's not good?

Go eat an Aids filled dyck...stupid bytch.

Competition matters dumb mother fugger.

I'm sure there are exceptions but often that not...the level of competition matters...ask Kyle Wright bytch

We haven't had someone who gets ultra triggered like this Tee3000 fellow in a while. Whatever happens, don't ban him/her as the off the handle responses are quite entertaining. His/her posting has all the makings of challenging people to fights in the blue lot in the future. Something we all need.

I think we should try to recruit a QB that everyone on the board is equally impressed with.

But must be 5 star, regardless if people like him.

Most important is that he is the only person we recruit. Then if he commits he recruits rest of year for us

He’s the Neymar of posting.

There are like 2 QBs in the last 4 yrs that have been drafted in the 1st round that actually played Good to TOP HS competition. First is Josh Rosen (played at St. John Bosco in Cali), and second is Paxton Lynch (Trinity Christian).

Baker? Nah, Maybe during playoff time, otherwise not really. Sam Darnold and Josh Allen both played bad competition in California. Lamar Jackson played like 2 good teams his entire HS career, 1 being Miami Central.

Mitch Trubisky probably actually didn't play bad comp, being that he was in cleveland, but idk for sure. Patrick Mahomes definitely had bad competition. Deshone Kizer might have had solid competition come playoff time, otherwise unlikely.

Jared Goff **** sure had *** competition, but he ******* killed it getting like 44 TDs and only 4 INTs and thats with getting taken out at half every game he played. Carson Wentz **** sure didn't have good competition in bum **** North Dakota.

Marcus Mariota **** sure didn't have good competition in Hawaii. Jameis Winston? In the middle of nowhere alabama? Nah.

so that makes 2 qbs out of 15 that had actually good competition.

Lost the championship to Choate!!!! ROTFLMAO!!!

That's worse than my old high school, Cocoa Beach!

You know the kind of people who go to Choate? WASPs who have last names as first names...like Carter Bushby III. In fact, usually a first initial, than a last name as middle name than another last name.

Like J. Carter Bushby III.

All they care about is Harvard or Yale, but maybe be the family rogue and go to Princeton.

I guarantee this kid didn't have to escape a Nesta Silvera to complete a pass.

If he didn't show up in camps to prove he can play against real comp than let him go to Clemson.
