In the UNC game, Matt Thomas was crip walking after UNC's WR with the game on the line. In the Miami game, he looked like he mainlined flakka prior to kickoff. The FSU team Miami played was not the same one that UNC played. Night and day. And despite all the moping on this board, the game on Saturday confirmed for Vegas that Miami is for real. Tech, not UNC, is the season. We will win by 10+ on Saturday.

UNC had 4 turnovers in the rain - pretty sure at least 2 were inside their own 20

UNC great O - awful D
- gave up 420 yards to Pitt
- 475 to UGA
- almost 500 to James Madison
- almost 600 to FSU

I got Miami

FSU's numbers were even worse, and they held us to 276 yards (only 88 in the second half).

FSU still has dudes. UNC does not have nearly the talent FSU does, despite having similar defensive numbers.

We'll see what transpires but I expect our offense to look a lot better this week.

But, consider several things.

1. UNC couldn't beat a sht UGA squad
2. FSU did not pressure UNC w man coverage to disrupt the quick slants
3. UNC offense sucks at TFL.
4. So does their defense


I hate to be the one to bring this news.

Petersen and Petrino lost 4 games their first seasons. They both did worse than the year before.
And neither had to follow Al Golden.
