Miami fan raises $1.5K to fly 'Fire Al Golden' banner at VT

you guys are the worst fans... period. Flying banners like petulant babies. Your team has made strides this year with a true freshmen under center and improvements on D. Yes Miami should not lose as many games as you have. But you are trending in the right direction and should have seen this with average classes in 12 and 13.
 
You can always tell the pathetic Golden supporters when they come limping out of their caves with these lines:

"Stupid fanbase, you're not real fans."
"Nobody is going to see it."
"You're hurting recruiting."
"It won't matter, he'll be back next year."

I've been to plenty games....I.Will.Not.Support.This.ALbatrossity. So you missed me with that one. Been a fan since 1980...which is probably longer than you been taking our air supply with your worthless breathing.

Let's not hide behind our key board and try and bash me over a simple question. Obviously you weren't at the game. And attendance is a poor place to take a shot at the Canes. You know, since you've been a fan SINCE 1980, that we've always had poor attendance against teams like Cincy. So, hammer the coaches all you want, scheme etc... but not the attendance or the players. That's really all I'm saying. And, I can't quite understand how so-called true fans can ever root for the canes to lose just to get a coach fired. If he's that bad, which I feel he is by the way, it will take care of itself. So relax. I like breathing the same worthless air as you.

Can't ever root against the Canes, but I support the banner. We have to make it clear to the administration that this crap coach selection will not be tolerated by the fan base. They do not have a couple hundred thousand extra fans with nothing to do on Saturdays to count on. Attendance has always been fragile but the program was great. This is all on the administration. I would support another banner calling for refund of Donna's salary and forfeit of her pension. We must embarrass the school itself not just the current sucky coach. What we really need is the ACC to threaten to throw Miami out because it has sucked so bad since we joined the conference -- I am sure they were hoping for THE U and criminoles to continue to fight for dominance of college football -- like SEC had since then.
