Mark Walton getting a tryout with the Dolphins

He is...I spoke to a family member last night on facebook...He'll be fine...but Cot ****...I wasn't gonna sit there and listen to supposed Cane Fans Laughing at him getting tased...and saying sh*t about going to Prison...Thats not being supportive or helping whatsoever....I sat with Mark at Paradise 2yrs ago...Great Kid....

football wise, hes gotta show more than he did last year. currently, he isnt close to drake or ballage. i think **** get another shot, as well. idk if it'll be here but wherever hes at, i hope we see more of what we saw at UM

he was never going to go to prison. he just made a lot of really stupid mistakes. the car incident was really the most strange thing out of the three (weed, the cell phone thing (off the video, he should've just let it be, but it is what it is), and the most recent incident). only one poster keeps mentioning prison from what i saw, but that seemed like an obvious troll. he does seem like a great kid, which is why it was so out of character. hes good enough to stay on a roster, but you cant be awful on the field and then be a headache off of it. i hope youre right tho about getting his stuff together. from what youre saying, it sounds like that was his wake up call

@hoops156 You a fook boy who sounds like life hasn’t hit you yet. He didn’t do sh** because of Mixon and Geo ahead of him. He is 21 for god sakes. And we all mess up, but the kid has owned his mistakes and is workin his butt off on his OWN time right now.

You would've thought this kid killed 3 people with the comments being made...I got thrown off a Dolphin site last night because of the negative comments..

you sound like a 20 year old. everyone makes mistakes, but three arrests in a span of 3 or so months is something to be concerned about. if you followed the rest of my comments, i said that i hope he does have his act together and gets back into the league anywhere. you keep doing you though

again, not all fins fans are canes fans. im a fan of both teams, but there are a lot of non CFB fans and obviously gator and seminoles that are fins fans considering the fact that SFL is loaded with gators and Noles fans

Yea..... Trouble follows troubled people. Wherever ya go, there ya are. But also kid needs support around him. Gotta think that support would more likely be found here at home.

Hit the nail on the freaking head. Attacking this kid without living a day in his shoes is one of the most disgusting things you could do. A majority of the people on this board have not faced 1/100 of the adversity he has gone through in the first 20 years of his life.

As a fan of the hurricanes I want nothing but the best for Mark and would love to see him succeed in the city where he grew up, around the only true friends and family he still has. If he gets his mind right the sky is the limit. As a fan of the dolphins we just signed a kid I know has tremendous talent for peanuts. Would you rather have mark waton or Kallen ballage, bc I’m rolling with mark all day.

Do y’all truly think the dolphins are the only team that contacted him to come in for a tryout? Mark needs support more then ever and that support is in Miami with his true friends and family and not in a place that only cares about his football talent. It’s not like this guy is out raping and murdering people he had two weed charges(a drug that some people on this board probably use daily and is about to be legal in Florida) and an altercation in a parking garage. He may need therapy or he may need to be properly medicated(not with weed) but if he figures it out could be best RB out of UM since Lamar Miller and he probably is more talented.

Sometimes in Life it takes terrible, and sometimes even worse events in ones life for them to turn it around...nothing to be ashamed about, it happens to Thousands, if not more people all the time...Kudos to Mark for putting forth the effort...
