Lol at people putting who they want like anyone gives a natural *****
dude is an alum who coached 15 years at an SEC school with a record of 144-51 and a bowl record of 9-5 yet he isn't good enough for you guys??? you guys really think Butch is THAT much better?
Close friends I take it?Highly doubt he coaches again. Will do missionary work or things of that nature.
Herman's spot.... ****
I could see Herman at a school like UGA killing... They need a new offense to come in and shape things up.
this has to be the craziest coaching carousel year of all time
I bet Mark could bring over Pruitt.
If we did go with Richt, I would hope it wouldn't be the $4 million we keep throwing around and the same goes for Butch. Both of them could be anywhere from 2-3 at the highest and spend good money on a staff. That's the only way for me to really want either of them.
Richt made 4 mil this year. No one is going to willingly accept a new job for half the money
And you won't hear his name.So wait a second.....
Here we have another premiere opening and there's not a peep about them looking at Botch?
About Richt, it sounds like he's done coaching for awhile if not forever.
People believe richt has lost that edge because he has become more religious now. There are several that have said he might retire if uga fires him and look to do more work involving the church.
then you have no idea how much worse these idiots could do then richtPeople won't like it but this is our next coach.
You're right I hate it.
Richt was a great coach, but his best years are behind him. He's a shadow of that passionate figure he used to be. If you watched him coach in the early 2000's...he brought a lot of fire and coached with a chip on his shoulder. However now it looks like he doesn't even want to coach anymore. Like I said...he's a great coach, but Miami would be making a huge mistake if they hired him. He would be better than Golden by a long shot, but we wouldn't be winning championships with him.

Kindof like Butch Davis.
