Love how the fans want to blame the coaches

Coaches are paid millions to show results on the fields. Stop it.
They are paid millions to get the best out of the players they have. Did our coaches do that the last two games?
It is too early go give up on them but common, don't put it on the players if they were not developed or were not prepared for the game.

Everything starts and ends with coaching. It’s not that hard to figure out.

USC was in the toilet for DECADES before Pete Carrol arrived. Suddenly USC’s inability to execute with said players changes dramatically- and they become Champions.

It’s not hard to figure out. Great coaches get their players to execute. It’s not ******* hard to figure out. The same players that were perennial losers at OU and OSU won Championships with Stoops and Tressel.

The same DL that did NOTHING under Duh suddenly put up top 5 numbers under a new DC/DL Coach. The same DL that had Calais Campbell did NADA under CH, and then dominated under Palermo. When Palermo left, the numbers dropped - and even CAMPBELL said it was the difference in coaching.

Manny hired a Little League ST coach. It shows. He should have gotten a SME. He got a simp from LT just to maintain the consistency of a scheme - and has given him too much rope. It shows. The attention to detail matters. Coaching.

You guys try too hard to be remedial. It ALL starts and ends with coaching - INCLUDING EXECUTION.

“This year has been totally different” lmao

Yeah, we've totally see the same lifeless, squad that went 35-3 last year against Wisconsin in the Bronx—and the resentment the defense had against the garbage offense. No difference.

The same people mocking 0-2 as some end of the world scenario with no positive movement in comparison to last year—would have the same basic attitude that all was good if Miami was 2-0 right now; letting victories cure all, while zero good can be taken from a loss.

Team lost two road games on two plays by a total of seven points and never quit—like last year's suckers did countless times. If you don't see a difference in attitude, don't know what else to tell you.

9 of 11 starters on defense are upperclassman.

The youth narrative is false but I’m glad our fans took a page from Golden’s book of excuses.
Thats short minded which is not a surprise coming from you. The big plays are being given up by young players. If you look at our 2 games, 3 positions can be pointed out as causing us the most: db, OT, and kicker. Blades, Ivey, and Hall got killed against UNC and also gave up the TD to Toney against UF. Our tackles got killed against UF because they were too young. Our kicker is also a sophomore.

It goes both ways. It's the coaches' responsibility to put players in position to win. It's players' responsibility to execute. I'm pretty sure that no coach ever told Jeff Thomas to field a punt inside his own ten yard line. Something like that is 100% on the player. However, when you've got a struggling offensive line and your quarterback is struggling going through his reads fast enough, it's up to the coaches to do something different to try to fix those problems. I'm sure none of the coaches ever told Bandy, "when we shift safeties to counter a player motioning out of the backfield you're going to be on an island but feel free to try to jump a curl route even if nobody is behind you to help". The coaches have been a bit slow with adjustments but the players have made some really boneheaded mistakes too.

In the Gator game Enos should have adjusted him play call when he saw the tackles getting beat. He did not.

In the North Carolina game Baker should have changed the defense and stopped putting our DB's on islands when Bandy got completely toasted by their slow 2* WR. If we would have ran cover 2 most of the game we win. ****, if we would have went cover 3 on 4th and 17 instead of some delayed blitz 25 yard cushion soft zone horse**** we win.

Our special teams coach should have seen preseason that Baxa was kicking low and worked with him to fix his touch point so that his kicks had a higher tradjectory. Do that and he makes the 2 chip shots (1 vs Florida and 1 vs NC) + the NC extra point.

Coaching matters.
Are you that naive that kickers need to be told what trajectory they need to kick the ball? That’s the dumbest thing I heard. These kids go to camps all year round for kicking they know. That’s like telling a pitcher to throw strikes. Lol

Who brought in these players. That would be the coaches. I will say it again Miami is not as talented a team as many fans think it is. It shows by the mistakes.
Richt did. And that’s false. Why did Vegas have us favored in every game but UF. We should be 2-0. Plain and simple.

Bama, Clemson, UGA, OU, OSU have young kids making mistakes. Miami shouldn't need 22 upperclassmen and a senior placekicker to get past Carolina.

Now get out of my sight.

The absolutely need to be told if their trajectory is too low. Manny actually spoke about it and mentioned that they will have to coach him. You get a higher trajectory by connecting with the ball at a lower point, which may require an adjustment on his plant foot placement. It requires a coach to observe and adjust during practice. If that sounds dumb to you perhaps you should refrain from posting about what you have no clue over.

Would a new coach help kick the field goals too? How many more yards would we have to get or outgain UNC to win that game? I mean we put up 500. Should we have asked for 600? Should we hold everyone to around 300 like we did UF. You’re not making sense.

I’ll agree Baker called a horrible game Saturday but that ain’t the reason we lost I can guarantee you that.
