Too funny. Come on now. 85% of jokers on here ***** about the coaches than start threads about how bad the players are. just talk out both sides of their mouths.

We don’t get the benefit of the doubt. They called 1 penalty the entire football game on UNC, that’s disgraceful to the game of football. Jeff Thomas got his arm pinned on the deep ball. Look on Twitter, Ford was clotheslined. This ain’t coaching man. We’ve lost 2 games by a combined 7 points.

Stop blaming the coaching. Horrible coaching is what we went through last year. We got blown out by a lot of teams. This year has been totally different. Just wait and be patient it’s coming together soon watch.

Then the coach gets fired and everyone agrees the last guy was incompetent, but the new guy, can’t blame him! Blame the players!

If the players are as talented as you say, then a decent staff should have them winning games.

I’ve been on on this board since 2014 so you’re wrong there. And go ahead and look at all my threads in recent years and particularly last year. Richt was just as bad if not worse than Golden. He was fired from a university where winning is a layup and very few schools have better talent.

This year has been different. We’ve outplayed both opponents. That’s a far cry then we’ve seen in 10 years. We have one of the best QBs in the country with two freshman on the oline and two sophomores. No top 25 in the country has that. The defense is young and all the playmakers will be back. Note the linebackers suck especially Shaq, he’s so slow.

If the kicker makes half of the kicks he’s missed. We still are probably 2-0, at the very least 1-1 against two quality teams.

UNC is not a quality team. Jesus christ can you imagine any blue blood program hanging their hat on a ******* win over UNC with a true freshman QB as quality win?

If we aren’t blaming coaches then we shouldn’t have blamed them last year either.
 
If it was Clemson i would say it was a talent gap. There isnt a talent gap with UNC. They won less than 4 games last year. UNC’s new coaches made a difference in the game.

Last two teams to win a National Championship a freshman won it for them. He was a highly rated kid for a reason. But go ahead and spin it.

And we still should’ve won by a lot.

Continually starting a QB who ended his career losing to 7 in a row to power 5 teams and throwing more interceptions then completions in the first half.
“I’m not starting a more talented younger player then a more deserving older player”
Richt was the worst coach in P5 last year

UNC lost a billion guys to injury last year and had no QB. Not a true reflection of the talent on that team.

Should we have won? Of course, but mistakes in all three phases of the game cost us and for what feels like the 100th time in the last decade the offense scored to take the lead late in a game and the defense couldn't get a stop when it was needed.

But it was the players that ran into one another on the DL, and Bandy that didn't play the receiver correctly, and Hall that was too slow to react.

Plenty of blame to go around but that same call is made with Mike Jackson and Jaquan Johnson on that side of the field and its not getting completed.
