T2 may be the one we don't get from the west, but we're not out of it as much as people think.

All the bag school are after him heavy, so we know how that goes, but if we beat UF & have a big 10/11 win season we'll have a good shot.

It really amazing how far recruiting has come.
Back in the day at Southwest Sr high 45 years ago scouts would just park on 48 street sit in there cars for awhile during practice then walk up and stand around then head towards coaches office.

Never ever a one on one , later on in the week you’d get called to office and coach show you a letter(s) and mention where do you want to go?

For some reason never received a letter at home only Coach Skeens would get them then show you so you could read them , for a young sophomore it was neat though no matter how you got college letters

Well his track times kind of confirm that he's not that fast. That said, as he physically matures, he should gain some speed. This may be the case of a kid who is/was very skinny and just not physically developed. In which case added weight may actually help his speed. We shall see.

Xavier and his family are not that type of family. They don't need bags. His brother is about to be a 1st rounder...top 10 actually. What's a "bag" to them? Even if he wasn't, they wouldn't jeopardize his football career for a bag. If he doesn't pick Miami it won't be because he was offered a bag somewhere else. 🙄

Besides 💼 opportunities these kids love attention from little league up.
When the commit and are all orange and green and living there dream at Miami, the attention drops off .
Days / months go by and no YOUR THE GREATEST, BEST EVER WE WANT U all gone so to speak.
So they open recruiting for attention and jet setting travel and of course bag 💼.

This is the reason, plus scared there’s competition as others commit and there not the man anymore and have to earn there position something they never had to do so they look for other colleges who promise them to start.
