Few notes. Issiah Walker said he will be in Orlando to watch the game on the 24th. Decision may come during the season, but he will most likely wait until his season is over. He is on pace to enroll early.

Laurence Seymore said he is not ruling out anymore visits, but he does not expect anyone to match what Miami has.

I spoke with Xavier Henderson. He mentioned Miami as one of his top 6 schools without me having to bring them up. However, he stressed that he needs to see what Miami does on the field before he seriously considers them.

but but but bags are the only thing that matter. kids don’t care about winning. they just want bags. if you win & put first rounders in consistantly you can beat the bags. period.

Spoke with Hyppolite. He said it will take a lot for someone to flip him from Maryland. He will likely take a visit to Miami after the dead period. He knows that Maryland, Alabama, and Penn state will get officials. The other two are up in the air. He is set to enroll early.

Wish we would press for him but it seems the staff is going all in for Flowe at this point.

Disagree somewhat. Winning certainly helps to counter bags, but there will always be recruits and/or their parents that believe only in bags. Jobe is a great example, Dumervil this year.

Marcus Tate says he has a great relationship with Coach Barry and they talk almost daily, but definitely at least once a week. He also mentioned that he loves the techniques that Coach Barry teaches, especially in pass protection, and the way he teaches them. He has not ruled out committing soon, but will probably wait until next offseason.

I love the enthusiasm among the 2021 kids. Just worry it's too early. We have too much turnover among the verbals when they commit before January of their Junior year, especially if it's before their junior season. If they commit after Junior day in early February, the odds go way up they'll stay committed.
