Lane Thread

It's not rocket science. I have no idea why people keep bringing up Floridas ****** WRs. Lane obviously has always thought he could be a superstar anywhere. UiF is a good team without a decent WR so why not go be the big fish in a small pond, especially when the rest of the team has been recruited very well?

I mean, I don't really agree with the thinking but it isn't hard to figure out.

pretty much. you also have to keep in mind that sometimes kids feel they can be the difference in turning things around. look at a kid like julio jones (and **** no i'm not saying lane is in his class) but bama was run-heavy, mcelroy was his qb, and he went there to be the difference maker and ended up being so. same with a kid like cooper. it only takes one player to change the current state of a position. if recent history was all that matters, then everybody would be going to oregon or bama.

Aka business recruit, he's looking for the best place to dominate early and leave for the draft early

Exactly. But lets pump the brakes. He hasnt signed with anyone yet.

I agree with Griffin. Just seems too good to be true. I just feel like he is going to re-nig at the last second and stay in Texas or go to OU or something. But the good thing is that he is coming in Dec. Winning will go a long way with getting him back too. Everybody wants to ride on a gravy train. If we win 9-10 games and compete for the ACC title he will be chomping at the bit to get to C.G... Same with Rayheem Stuckley. (sp?)

I think this kid is going to Bama. he would be a fool to go to UF. I dont care about kids ego, look at their record with the position...even in the championship years. They have gotten alot of good recruits including Fullwood and they still stink at throwing the ball. I think its Bama by a long way. Id rather him be here but i don't think so. What he should realize, is even in our down years we have plenty of guys get drafted. Hank, Benjamin etc and thats with a interception prone QB. He should realize Golden will put him on the field if he is that high on himself.

lets not write him off he could pick us with the moment we got going on its hard for him to pass us up so stay positive

"All final six teams are equal"

@_MoneyLane: One of them teams barely made my top 😬

This kid is trolling too. He's taken a page from ***** Bryan"s book.

The question is...who's he trollin? Hopefully its that a$$hat Quincy and the Gates. Doubt it though...

I'm sure the majority of us are prepared for him to verbal elsewhere...

yea hes not committing to us when he supposedly will announce but i wouldnt be surprised if this kid starts to look at other schools and then starts to change his mind, the kid is going for what is hot right now, watch when we start to win some games this year like, lets say against florida, he will start to show a lot of love toward our school

I don't understand why he's paying lip service to UM when it's pretty obvious he has no interest in going there. Is it just as a courtesy to Barrow?

His best shot at playing right away and being the #1 guy without much competition is at Florida. Their WR depth chart is filled with busts and JAGs.

pretty much. either way i pay no attention to anything this kid says, everyone else would be wise to do the same. i'll tune in on signing day.

So why'd you open the thread then? These "Im cooler than you because I pretend not to care" posters are some ******* work. **** off Harvey.
