There's not one person on the OL that has solidified their position. Like DT/DE, you can never have enough OL as it's extremely difficult to evaluate and grade the position at the next level. So of course there's a lot of kids that come through that just don't work out. You should be bringing in a minimum of 3 OL per cycle. And I'd say that's even pushing it.
