I think the incredible arm, mobility, being coached by a HOF HC whp specializes in qbs and a All Pro skill position offense helped more then Kliff

Shut up. There are plenty of black head coaches....pauses....checks NFL head coach roster......ohhhhhhh.

I'm usually hesitant to delve into racial dynamics with these hires as I often thought the NFL was more lazy in hiring retreads than actually excluding minorities but I absolutely can see how this hire could **** a lot of people off.

"Head Coach"? As in the actual head coach?
 
Hired for his looks. Owner's daughter probably trying to ***. ****, the owner is probably trying to *** too.

Say what you want that team has offensive talent. They have always played pretty good defense. Score some point and he could come out smelling like roses.
 
Honestly I can't imagine this is going to work out in Arizona's favor but by then I'm sure he'll be a hot NFL OC name or he'll have a college job this has Nick Saban written all over it and not in the slightest good way.

As a Bucs fan I second this notion. At least we’re signing Bruce Arians. I’m anticipating the Bucs to be ‘Urbaned’ by Arians after two seasons.

Just getting Rosen coached up and comfortable to where he puts up good numbers and gets the offense headed in right direction that’s prob worth a couple years salary even if he doesn’t workout long term

Typical Cardinals....so this dude gets a HEAD coaching position in the NFL when no College program wanted him as the head guy but as the offensive coordinator. Losing record and didnt really develop or built the team he had up but now he is suppose to build up the Cardinals with no track record other than coaching qb's....good luck....they just hired the coordinator instead of a head coach...
 
shocked he even took the uSC job when he did during the NFL season. he was an easy one to guess that he'd get shots at an NFL Job due to the flavor of the week in the nFL.
