McVay was at least successful as a OC in the NFL before grabbing his LA job...

This move shows me the Arizona brass loved seeing the way the Chiefs threw the ball all over the yard and wanted a coach who would help do that.... Kliff probably turned down the OC job and said he was strictly taking HC jobs (ballsy)

Kevin Sumlin is probably driving through the desert right now remembering when he had a helicopter and wishing that he would've jumped on some of those NFL offers when he too was the kewl guy.

Sumlin is seen as a great offense guy but since Manziel

He’s run off some good quarterbacks

Kyler Murray
Kyle Allen
Kenny Hill

And now the Tate dude at Arizona is leaving it’s crazy

Murray and Allen were both 5 stars one was absolutely gonna start they both chose to leave and sit a year within like a week of each other lol

Obviously Murray chose very well winning the Heisman

Ohhhh, I agree. It's just amazing how fast one can go from the IT guy to relative obscurity. Sumlin had legitimate NFL interest for a while there. More power to Klifford for capitalizing on his aura while he can because there's no way in **** he should be getting NFL offers based on resume alone.

In an alternate and stroke inducing universe we would have signed Kliff and then he would've bolted to Tampa for the Bucs job and Crab Legs Rapist would be trolling us today.

Sometimes you gotta just be thankful for the disasters averted.
 
Don’t mind the guy but how in the ***** name does a guy go from getting canned at Texas Tech to being an Nfl head coach?

Just getting Rosen coached up and comfortable to where he puts up good numbers and gets the offense headed in right direction that’s prob worth a couple years salary even if he doesn’t workout long term
