Problem is: Will they work for a dilapidated program with a clueless greenhorn coach?

If not a record in p5 we need a really good g5 OC. Right now, which p5 OC’s would leave their respected p5 programs to come here? Therefore, a really good g5 OC will work or a strong FCS. I like EWU offense for instance.Do you understand what goes into being a good OC?
Miami needs to stop being people's on the job training spot...we need a well established OC with a track record in a Power 5 conference
This is why I like Yost out of all the spread guys.Well then not sure I would get him...
We seem to only recruit TEs and RBs well
If Miami is serious about winning...they will get an established OC...if not...oh wellProblem is: Will they work for a dilapidated program with a clueless greenhorn coach? It’ll cost some serious cash. This place is career suicide.
Enos was a established play caller and failed. If Miami is serious about winning...they will get an established OC...if not...oh well

History says we got to Temple to get a coach.
Perfect hire. I don’t want someone who can save manny’s job
Man don't get me started. I still remember the threats of ritual mass suicide if we brought in Mario or Mullen as HC.CIS hates it? Prob a good move lol
Enos had a sh*tload of experience. As did Richt.I dont like this, not nearly enough experience calling plays as an oc
