Do you understand what goes into being a good OC?

Miami needs to stop being people's on the job training spot...we need a well established OC with a track record in a Power 5 conference
If not a record in p5 we need a really good g5 OC. Right now, which p5 OC’s would leave their respected p5 programs to come here? Therefore, a really good g5 OC will work or a strong FCS. I like EWU offense for instance.

Does it matter? Manny toast after next year.
He is learning on the job. Not something to do at UM. Got to either have HC experience or someone on the staff that does.
He got nothing on FIU or La tech

The perfect OC for Miami is one who installs an Air Coryell vertical passing game to go along with a power running game that utilizes a QBs mobility. Also, if he's not an ace recruiter he needs to bring in WR and OL coaches who are ace recruiters.

Tl;DR

bring in someone from the Malzahn/Briles coaching tree
