So what exactly happened last year when he picked Auburn? It's rare for a kid that Mario wants to feel wanted more at another school (especially one with the coach on a short leash).

Auburn beat us out for two DTs last year (Jayson Jones and M'baa), was scratching my head last year when that happened and still find it puzzling.

We didn’t hire a Defensive Coordinator until February 1st

Jake L just isn’t a DT. He can be used sparingly on obvious situations but isn’t even effective there either. Horton is a true freshman. Gore is undersized and he may become a player but I’m not counting on it. That gives us LT, JHH and Moten who hasn’t exactly played that much. Lastly as you said, we don’t have any 1 tech war daddies ready to play. Horton fits the bill but he is just a freshman. We need 3 more.
