Believe it or not there are actually some people who do not choose to place blame on everyone and everything. Many times there are multiple things that lead to a particular outcome or result. Some that even you have no control over.

- U has publicly been in the lead for Johnnie Dixon for the mahority of his recruitment. OSU made a huge impression in October that had him thinking.

- Bama was always rated highly but they always felt that UM was the team to beat.

- Dixon pushed back his announcement which was a surprise because he indicated 2 weeks earlier that Urban Meyer could be visitng 2 days after the announcement. What was even more strange is since he had the announcement planned why would Meyer choose 2 days after the announcement for his last pitch?

- Dixons moves his decision back after UM sent 3 assistants and AG early last week and Meyer and Saban coming this week

- Sources say that UM have always felt good about the situation but not to the extent that it was a silent but to the extent that they were always in the lead. That same source indicated that if Dixon doesnt announce this weekend it also works in UMs favor

- The same source said UM has location and the mom on their side also which almost always wins out

- OSU has some "help" with their situation with Dwyer also

- UM has looked into it and even though there are rumors of a silent commit that nobody has confirmed to be anything les then a rumor UM is taking their chances with ovs now and later on about this

- Dalvin Cook on Monday said that after his ov he felt like Dixon would pick UM

- Dixon said he's not sure if he'll announce tonight and his HC aid he doesn't feel that it will happen

- Ryan Bartow (who wrote this) said it's still too close to call while David Lake, Chris Stock, Luke Stampini, Josh Newberg and Chris Nee wll all be there with full reports in the evening about him and any new news will get dropped tonight

Of course real life…. the bowl bans didn't actually happen in real life…. Mark May and others weren't talking death penalty in real life…. negative recruiting doesn't happen in real life.

Real life:
- Coker was dog****.
- Shannon failed. He was a brother in the community and a life long Miami guy and he still ******* failed.
- Al Golden is the head coach of Miami. The line of interested parties was not out the door and around the corner.
- Al Golden, to my knowledge, has never been compared to Urban Meyer in terms of experience, success or name recognition.
- The NCAA investigation took 3 years.
- Fans support their team with constructive criticism and evaluation, not by kicking them when they are down and criticizing every thing they do, before, during and after the result has been determine.
- People that complain all the time without reasonable solutions are ********.
- zone negs anyone who is reasonable

If he said that, he would be right. But he is stirring up **** with the cloud comment as if the NCAA sanction cloud the last few years did not impact any recruit's decision. And I'm willing to bet that the answer to my question of criticism is No, never has being the guy pointing fingers changed the result or helped the process.
