can't think of a bigger sleezeball than urban.
It's actually something I've seen first hand... Not going to bother getting into details but the guy is scum of the Earth.
Prick.
can't think of a bigger sleezeball than urban.
and he retweeted a post from a bama poster miami poster and ohiostate fan so that tweet doesnt mean anything i still think he is going to the U
Lol this kid isn't tipping his hand.
Supposedly, Dixon was not very impressed by our game day atmosphere, stadium, crowd, etc. and that was one of the things he fell in love with at Bama and Ohio State. That to me is a failure on our part...
If he is choosing a school for the game day atmosphere then we never had a chance. I understand why it is a factor.. but for it to be the main factor is pretty short-sighted. "Yeah my coach is a sleazeball.. but the stadium is packed"

Supposedly he's been to our games many times - he just discovered this? If that was an issue why were you ever interested in us in the first place? That's new news?
I'm not surprised. Patterns do emerge in recruiting. You have a kid that has been around the program 12 times but never commits on top of the fact that he nearly didn't even OV here (and was late and tired when he did). My belief was that if he wanted to be here he would have committed months ago. I can handle the kids that leave who don't show us much interest or only give us interest late (e.g. Cook), but when we have a kid around over and over and over and he leaves for a school that he's only visited once, I have a hard time accepting that. That means we (staff, school, whoever) ****ed up somewhere. It's a shame because I really like JD's game and thought he would fit well in our offensive scheme.
was with you all the way until you said we f$%ed up somewhere. if he doesn't come its because he wanted to leave. you can't force them to do things they don't want to do.
I said that because of something I read (which should be taken with a grain of salt of course). Supposedly, Dixon was not very impressed by our game day atmosphere, stadium, crowd, etc. and that was one of the things he fell in love with at Bama and Ohio State. That to me is a failure on our part...not necessarily on our staff but on our program. Like I said...if that's even true.![]()
Yet our fans will insist this is a non starter. rotflmao.
what are we supposed to do about that oh brilliant one?? you just have to recruit kids that value other things higher. thats the way this program has always done it.

Should this hold true, it's an absolute shame and a big hit to the program. Lane out. Rudolph out. Now Dixon. Terrible loss for the program in the skill position. Add to that cook and Michel and regardless of ranking its a loss that prevents you from being elite at those spots. Elite talent can't be replaced. You can make it decent - see Allen hurns. Or it makes you lethal - see Stacey coley, amari cooper. To make it decent it needs 3-4 years to develop. Miami doesn't have that time frame. Hence this class is so crucial. Golden can sell us whatever. But at the end of the day he lost - if all this holds true, and it looks like it could - a lot of the elite skill position talent in south florida. The "Coley's" and "Howard's" of this class. You are not getting everyone - unless you are fsu the last 4 years or Bama. And look where they are now. Reality is that elite talent changes you instantly, or much faster. Obvious. Miami can miss on these local kids if it wants to compete at the elite level. Hope things change.
So he's retweeted the pro Bama stuff and pro OSU stuff.
Maybe he is just playing everyone for a fool and is doing it on purpose.

Well he is doing that regardless, just put yourself in his shoes.....
I know if I was a big time recruit, I would clown and troll the **** out of Ferman and Langston, I wasnt the nicest kid when I was 17/18. I would have never listed Miami, trolled a bucnh of schools, and then out nowhere, with 5 hats on the table, pull a Miami Swag hat out my backpack.....
