Plus, he would likely bring an archaic offense to SFla. Somehow this offense wasn't elite: Mettenberger, Jeremy Hill, Alfred Blue, Odell Bechkham, Jarvis Landry.

Side question- Is high school football down in Louisiana post-Katrina? Obviously it's still fertile recruiting ground but seemingly isn't in the same league any longer with states like Georgia.

Good question. Hadn't thought about it, but it makes sense. A lot of folks from new Orleans and the coast relocated to Houston, Dallas, etc and never went back.

yep - that team was loaded. Look at his teams records...consistently loses 2-3+ games per year (including their NC year) while fielding consistent top 5 classes.
