Jethro must go

It's inexcusable at this point. You can't blame the NCAA cloud on this, as no other position has been recruited so poorly. Are only kids over 300 pounds scared of sanctions?

We need better, less psychotic boosters or we will continue to lose out on every elite kid.

Khairi Clark said that Florida’s SEC membership was a big factor is his choosing the Gators. Can’t fault a DT for saying that.

D'Onofrio is Golden's best friend. They're on the same page schematically.

It's important for position coaches to be good teachers and recruiters and relate well to the kids. It doesn't seem like Jethro is doing that.

Again, look at his résumé. His units were suspect in Houston and Tampa. And USC had horrific defenses on his watch. Not saying that's all his fault, but it's definitely suspicious.
 
My biggest concerns when the staff was hired were Kehoe and Jethro. Kehoe becauseIi felt he was part his time and he wasn't really known as a great recruiter but we've brought in beasts at OL but with Jethro....you just look at his coaching career and he's never spent consecutive years at one spot until Al hired him at Temple. Never a good sign and now we can't recruit elite talent at DT and he's been OK at developing the talent we've brought in but at that position you can't have ok coaching, it needs to be great in order to win championships. Imo of course.
 
clark didn't make a single camp... not surprised he's going to UF. Big fail, but there are other ballers at DT. Gotta make sure we get Valentine and another top notch guy.
 
This one bothers me more than even Sony. No excuses. We've got to get some difference makers in the middle of our defense.

Every top SFL kid we thought was a lock have bolted SFL (not just the DT's)...So maybe we need to reconsider who we think are "locks"...I think these "Top" South Florida kids think they are to good for UM at the present moment. They are more in love with conferences (SEC) than the actual school! Go Canes!

The staff lands commits today and all you can harp on is the DT you clowns wanted? If Clark doesn't want to be here then **** him. Golden and crew will get who they need to fit their system. This is just another example in a long list of examples of a South FL kid who doesn't have the cojones to represent their hometown. You clowns will rip Jethro and you don't even know what the d-line will look like this season. You clowns are basically bashing the current d-line while doing this. Can't wait till the whole Cane crew makes you look like the fools you are. **** if any of you expected a defense with 22 true sophomores or juniors to dominate last season then its you who are the imbecile.
