If you are making charges of incompetence than you are implicitly saying that you are competent in judging the performance of athletic administrators from the outside.

  1. Look at the org chart and the number of position she holds and their responsibilities. Add to that the mind numbing decisions. Mix in what others that have first hand knowledge have posted. Then connect the dots. It may not be the smoking gun you seem to be asking for but it's certainly reason for probable cause.
  2. You could make a case for both. Even an incompetent diversity manager can set in motion "unintended consequences".

It's a guarantee that most of the people here are so incompetent that they wouldn't even know how incompetent they are.

Yeah but Penn Ivy bro. They value smart people that played athletics, yet they’ve been an utter failure in the three major sports for the better part of 15 years. So what do we fans know that a Penn grad wouldn’t? The disconnect is incredible.
