Jalen hurts in the portal

The last time anyone saw him play with something on the line he did those things. Maybe it was his one shining moment or maybe he's improved. He's a better option than Shane Buechele.
Jalen Hurts is miles better than Buechele. Buechele wouldn't even beat out N'kosi. I live in Texas. No one thinks Shane is Power 5 talent. He is probably looking at teams like Rice.

@Zbrod95 - Good stuff in this thread.

I guess for me, being someone who was never impressed with Jalen Hurts while at Alabama, I would still want him to come here for two reasons:

1). Jalen Hurts in 2019 is likely as good or better than Jarren Williams in 2019.

2). He will bring some solid maturity and work ethic from Alabama. That counts for something in my book.

That means we got Tommy Kennedy, Asa Martin, Bubba Bolden, and Jalen hurts.. all of which who can play immediately and will help the team dramatically and all were BIG recruiting battles with major programs Nationwide

For all the misses ppl have been *****ing about, these wins should not be understated and are way more important for short term success

Of course it's a long shot but if we did get hurts, Bolden, and whatever OC he announces tomorrow.. Manny is on a F'n tear right now and Killin it

Transfer U

No.no.no. before u know it, Netflix will be on Miami's campus for season 4 of second chance U. No.

I do however think transfer are perfect for Diaz and the transition from the Richt staff. This is a good answer short term and I like it, but I fully expect Manny to recruit at a high-level. The fact that we even got the transfers we have already show that we are at least throwing some small bags around. That's good.

Manny Diaz said in a previous interview, Miami will find players who can play at Miami and can make an impact right away, regardless if it’s with recruitment or transfers. As a poster alluded to earlier. Hurts (potentially), Martin, Kennedy, Bolden are all players who could come in and make an immediate impact. I for one would love to see Miami go back to being a recruiting powerhouse, but the reality is that these SF kids have no loyalty in them whatsoever. If Miami can exploit the Transfer Market, like professional teams do with Free Agency, and find gems or 1 yr mercenaries like Gerald Willis, why wouldn’t they? Have a balance of both

I have no problem with Miami getting transfers at all, but being known as the school who gets all the trasnfers for a year or two, I'll pass on that. Like I said this is perfect for us this year but once we start winning the recruiting trail we will not need as many transfers. Especially at the most important position on the field.
